• Dining: Unlimited number of dining visits including Sunday Brunch.
25% off the first entrée, with one person dining
50% off the second entrée, with two people dining
75% off the third entrée, with three people dining
100% off the fourth entrée, with four people dining
Discount is based on number of guests.
Alcoholic Beverages are not eligible for discount.
One discount per table per visit

• Diamond Club Special Room Rate: 20% off the best available room rate, based on availability. Maximum three rooms per night.
• Lodging: Voucher for one complimentary overnight guest room, including a suite upgrade if available upon check in.
• Doanda’s Gift Shop: 10% off all regular priced gift items in the resort gift shop.
• Gideon Gathering: Voucher for a 10% food discount for parties of 10-16 people in Putnam’s Restaurant.
• Meeting and Banquet Benefits:
Voucher for one complimentary private room rental for up to 20 guests with food purchase.
Catered Event: A $100.00 credit towards a catered event of $500.00 or more.

Memberships are available January 1, 2010 – December 31, 2010.
Room
• Guest room benefits are unavailable during: New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Skidmore Graduation Weekend, Freihofer’s Jazz Festival weekend, July and August weekends, and Dave Matthews Band concert dates.
• Diamond Club Special Room Rate may be reserved at any time, based on availability.
• Complimentary guest room reservations are not accepted more than 30 days in advance and are subject to availability.
• Room benefits cannot be used in conjunction with group bookings.
Dining
• Dining benefits are unavailable during: New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Skidmore graduation weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve.
• Dining discounts are not available for carry out.
Membership Cards
• Membership card must be presented to receive all benefits. One card per bill.
• Membership is non – refundable and non – transferable. Photo ID may be required.
• All lost or stolen cards must be reported and a new numbered card will be issued for a $25.00 fee.
• Additional executive club card issued to a membership will cost $25.00.
Vouchers
• Vouchers must be presented to receive the stated benefit.
• Any lost or stolen vouchers will NOT be replaced.
Gideon Putnam Resort reserves the right to make changes to the member benefits without notice at any time.
Gideon Putnam Resort reserves the right to terminate membership in which case the membership dues will be refunded at a pro – rated amount.
