Saratoga Springs Dining & Restaurants
Restaurants at The Gideon Putnam Resort

Dining at Gideon Putnam is always a treat. Whether you’re enjoying an elegant dining experience in the Georgian Room, a light lunch at the Café in the Park, or a microbrew from the Saratoga Grille, it is sure to be something you’ll never forget.
The Georgian Room
The Georgian Room is steeped in historic ambience. Murals hand-painted by Irish artist James Reynolds in 1939 form a panoramic backdrop of Adirondack scenery and glimpses of Saratoga at the turn of the last century. Executive Chef Brian Sterner and his culinary staff await your arrival for a premiere dining experience.
Saratoga Grille
The Saratoga Grille serves late breakfast, light fare and an assortment of microbrews in an informal, Old World pub atmosphere.
Café in the Park
From the beginning of June through Labor Day, this charming alfresco café serves an assortment of creative light fare at tables surrounded by lush flower boxes and featuring views of the park and golf course.
