Gideon Putnam Resort Conference Center With more than 12,000 square feet of meeting and function space, the Gideon Putnam can accommodate gatherings of up to 500 people for business meetings, social events and weddings. The centerpiece of our hotel’s function space is the newly restored, self-contained conference center, which hosts many of the region’s most prestigious fund-raisers, meetings and conferences. Our expert staff will handle everything from sales to onsite audio-visual support. The Grand Ballroom – a favorite venue for wedding receptions – features a beautiful parquet dance floor, updated lighting and sound systems.
