A tranquil experience with the comfort of a friend. This customized one hour massage will help alleviate stress, improve circulation, relax and revitalize.
Swedish Massage
Using classic techniques, this massage will calm and soothe tired muscles, improve muscle tone and encourage relaxation as it increases your circulation. The perfect massage for overall well-being. Offered for 90 minutes, one hour or half-hour.
Adirondack Woods Hot Stone Massage
Deep penetrating heat and smooth stones are used to facilitate the balancing of the energy centers in the body to encourage muscle relaxation. Using our signature oil from the woods of the Adirondacks, this massage will help soothe and heal the mind, body and soul.
Offered for 75 minutes.
Pregnancy Massage
Enjoy the benefits of a massage for the mother-to-be. This safe and gentle massage is designed to relieve stress and improve circulation for both the mother and the baby. This massage should only be done after your first trimester.
Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
This concentrated 30-minute massage quickly relieves stress and tension stored in the upper body. Great for relaxation, improved muscle tone and increased circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage
This intense massage is designed to alleviate pain and tightness while increasing range of motion by using pressure techniques that focus on deep layers of muscle tissue. Offered for 90 minutes or one hour.
Aromatherapy
Our massage oils are custom-blended to provide a variety of desired results. Aromatherapy massage reduces stress and muscle soreness, detoxifies, energizes and hydrates the body. Offered for 90 minutes, one hour or half-hour.
Reflexology
Therapeutic and invigorating stimulation of pressure points on the feet to relieve stress, increase circulation and achieve balance. Offered for half-hour.
Roosevelt’s Choice
By combining healing elements from a variety of massage techniques, a trained therapist will customize your treatment to meet your individual therapeutic needs. This massage may include light to deep body work, energy work, heat and/or liniments.

These items can be added to any hour massage. This is included in your treatment time and does not add additional time.
Scalp Refresher
During your massage you will be treated to an extensive scalp massage with the purest oils to clear the mind and leave the scalp refreshed.
Foot Refloxology
Receive the therapeutic benefits of reflexology during an hour massage. Not recommended for pregnancy massage.
