Reservations and Cancellations

We strongly recommend that you schedule your spa appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with either a credit card or a Gideon Putnam room reservation number. A 24 hour cancellation and/or change policy is in place in order to accommodate all of our guests. The Roosevelt Baths & Spa is open daily from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM unless otherwise noted.

What to Bring

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables. As a courtesy to other guests, we kindly ask that cell phones be turned off during your visit. Robes and sandals available.

Arriving at the Roosevelt Baths & Spa

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time for check-in. Please remember that each service is scheduled precisely and will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.

Medical Concerns

If you are pregnant, avoid treatments using heat and deep pressure, including the sauna. Our Pregnancy Massage is designed for the expectant mother after her first trimester. Any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience must be approved by a medical professional.

Spa Etiquette

Spa guests must be at least 18 years old. Our guests come to escape, retreat, and recharge. Please leave your cell phone and laptop behind. Please remove all jewelry prior to arrival.

Prices and Gratuity

Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities for the staff are not included and are at your discretion. Envelopes are available for your convenience and may be left at the front desk. A gratuity of 20% is charged for groups of six or more.

Directions

North/South on Route 87 (Northway) Take exit 13N to route 9. Travel approximately 3 miles. At the fourth stoplight, turn left into the Saratoga Spa State Park. Take a left onto Roosevelt Drive, through the four-way stop, until the road comes to an end. Turn right and follow the road to Roosevelt Baths & Spa.
